Privacy Policy

Last updated 14 October 2026

This policy explains how First Home Buyers Summit Pty Ltd (ABN 52 682 508 014) ("WPF Go", "we", "us") collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal information when you visit our websites (including start.wpfgo.com.au), register for our training, talk to our team, or interact with us on Facebook, Instagram or Messenger. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

  • Contact details: your name, email address and mobile number.
  • Details about your property goals and situation that you choose to share with us, for example whether you want to buy a home or invest, and information you give us in conversations, forms or calculators.
  • Training details: which session you registered for, whether you attended, and your Zoom join link.
  • Records of our contact with you: calls, emails, SMS, and messages or comments on social media.
  • Technical and advertising information: the ad or link that brought you to our site, pages you visit, your device and browser, and cookie identifiers (see Cookies and advertising).

We don't ask for sensitive information such as health information. If you apply for finance, the licensed lender or credit provider you deal with will collect the credit information it needs under its own privacy policy and credit guide.

How we collect it

Mostly directly from you: when you fill in a form on our websites, register for a training session, call us or take our call, email or message us, or comment on our Facebook or Instagram pages and ads. We also receive information from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) when you submit a lead form in one of our ads or interact with our pages, and from partners who refer you to us with your agreement.

How we use it

  • To register you for training sessions, send your join link and reminders, and share the replay with registered attendees.
  • To answer your questions and follow up on your enquiry, including by phone, SMS and email.
  • To introduce you, with your agreement, to licensed finance and property partners who can help with your goals.
  • To understand which of our ads and content are useful, and to improve them.
  • To meet our legal and regulatory obligations and keep records.

Information on our websites and in our training is general in nature and isn't personal financial or credit advice.

Facebook, Instagram and Messenger

When you comment on our Facebook Page or Instagram account (including on our ads), send us a message on Messenger or Instagram, or submit a lead form in one of our ads, Meta Platforms shares that interaction with us through Meta's official tools. We receive and store the content of your comment, message or form, your public name or username, the identifier Meta gives your account for our page, the time it was sent, and the post or ad it relates to.

We use this to read and reply to you, to hide spam or abusive comments on our pages, and, if you ask us to contact you or share your email address or phone number, to record your enquiry so our team can follow up. We only reply to people who contact us, and we don't use this information to send you marketing you haven't asked for. We don't sell it.

AI-assisted replies

To help our team respond quickly, an artificial intelligence service provided by Anthropic reads comments and messages sent to us and suggests a category (for example a question or a complaint) and a draft reply based on our approved information. A member of our team reviews every suggested reply and decides whether to send, edit or discard it before anything is posted or sent to you. Questions about your personal financial situation are always referred to an appropriately licensed person. The AI service processes the text only to produce suggestions for us.

Cookies and advertising

Our websites use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta pixel. These record that you visited, which ad or link brought you (for example campaign and ad identifiers in the web address and Meta's _fbc and _fbp cookies), and whether you registered. This lets us measure our advertising and show relevant ads to people who are likely to find them useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage how Meta uses your information for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only as needed to run our business and help you, including with:

  • Service providers who host and operate our systems for us: our customer management platform (Xano), website hosting (Amazon Web Services), email delivery (Mailgun), SMS delivery (Twilio), phone calls (JustCall), webinars (Zoom), reporting tools, and AI services (Anthropic).
  • Meta Platforms, for advertising measurement and to answer you on Facebook, Instagram and Messenger.
  • Licensed finance and property partners, including Empower Money (Australian Credit Licence 000561207), when you ask for help with finance or a property and agree to be introduced.
  • Our professional advisers, and government or regulatory bodies where the law requires it.

Our service providers may only use your information to provide their services to us.

Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States (for example Meta, Anthropic, Twilio, Mailgun and Zoom). We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect it in a way that's consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Marketing

If you register with us or ask us to keep in touch, we may send you information about our training, events and services by email, SMS or phone. Every marketing email and SMS lets you opt out, or you can contact us at any time to stop. We comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and the Do Not Call Register Act 2006 (Cth).

Security and retention

We store personal information in secure, access-controlled systems and limit access to staff who need it for their work. Raw technical records of social media interactions are deleted after 30 days. We keep other information for as long as we need it to deal with you and to meet our legal record-keeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it.

Access and correction

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it's wrong. Contact us using the details below. We'll respond within 30 days. If we can't give you access, we'll tell you why.

Deleting your information

You can ask us to delete the information we hold about you, including what we received from Facebook, Instagram or Messenger. See how to request deletion.

Complaints

If you're concerned about how we've handled your personal information, contact us first and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
