Deleting your information

If you've registered for our training, contacted us, commented on our Facebook Page or Instagram account, messaged us on Messenger or Instagram, or submitted a lead form in one of our ads, First Home Buyers Summit Pty Ltd ("WPF Go") may hold your contact details and a copy of those comments, messages and forms. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

How to ask

  1. Email admin@wpfgo.com.au with the subject "Delete my data", or call us on 1300 001 528.
  2. Tell us the name, email address or mobile number you used, and for Facebook or Instagram the name or username on your account and roughly when you contacted us. This helps us find all your records.
  3. We'll confirm we've received your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What we delete

Your comments, messages, lead form answers and our replies, your contact details, and our notes about you. If you've also registered for a training session, we'll remove your registration.

Sometimes the law requires us to keep a record, for example where your enquiry has become a finance application. If we can't delete something, we'll tell you what we're keeping and why, and we'll only use it for that purpose.

Things you can do yourself

  • Delete your own comments and messages on Facebook or Instagram at any time.
  • Unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any email, or reply STOP to our SMS.
  • Manage how Meta uses your information for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.
